As Nigeria National League (NNL) Season is coming to end, many drama is happening between clubs having chances in qualifying for the NNL Super 8. It looks like southern conference B is one of the toughest groups among the four groups in the NNL.
Ikorodu City FC who occupied the first position in the conference B with 33 points with one match left to play against Giant Brillars FC at home. A win for them will mean they’ll qualify for NNL super 8. The Lagos state club has been doing wonderful well so far since it was established two years ago.
Inter Lagos is another private club situated in Lagos doing wonderful job this season. The club who was established last year and joined the second division of Nigeria league, the club is also on a mission to secure their promotion in the top flight of Nigeria League. They occupied the second position with 29 points and two games to go. They’re playing Crown FC of Ogbomoso away and they’ll play Ijebu United at home for their last match.
Warri Wolves is another club who are putting everything together to get the qualifying play-off in other to move back to the top flight. They are sitting in the third position with 28th points with one game to go. They’ll be on the road to face Solution FC.
Crown FC of Ogbomoso is another side in the Southern Conference B who are aiming to qualify for the play-off in Enugu. The Ogbomoso based club are currently in 4th position with 27 points the same points with Osun United. They have two games left top play. They’ll host Inter-Lagos in their home match and play away to Fc One Rockets.Osun United occupied the 5th position with the same points with crown fc two goals separate the two side.
Osun United have not played in the Nigeria Premier Football League close to two decades which they’re putting everything needed to get their promotion this season.
They also have two games left, they’ll play against Trade safe Fc at home and play against Gateway United in Benin City. They must score more goals and win their two matches to have a chance to qualify for the play-off. The results of others can also determine their qualifications.
