Epe LG inspects Council Projects

Epe local government has officially examined it’s ongoing developmental projects in the community.

The inspection led by the councils’ Vice Chairman, Sikiru Owolomose Adeniyi aimed to oversee the progress of various community projects.

The ongoing projects were ;the Museum and Library Center, Epe Local Government Staff Quarters, Primary Health Center (PHC), and the ongoing construction of Akodu street.

While highlighting the importance of the projects ,Adeniyi noted that the inspection tour is part of the Currents administrations efforts to ensure accountability and transparency.”

This inspection is part of the Princess Surah administration’s efforts to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective project management, aimed to evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, identify potential challenges, and ensure that projects meet the needs and expectations of the community”,he said.

The Councils’ deputy highlighted the importance of each projects noting that the Museum and Library Center project is aimed at promoting education, culture and tourism in the community.

“The Health Center project is designed to improve access to quality healthcare services for residents, addressing the critical need for effective healthcare delivery in the area. Epe Local Government Staff Quarters project seeks to provide comfortable and secure accommodation for local government staff, to enhance their productivity and overall well-being,”he said.
